The ground is drier, getting into your yard is cleaner, and crews aren't buried under the spring rush.

Six stages, about 10 to 16 weeks from dig to swim, and you'll always know which one you're in.
Design call
We talk through features, budget, and what you're picturing, so you get a real sense of what your yard can hold. When you're ready, we set up a time to come see it in person.
Sign and plan
Once you sign, we draw the final plan and keep revising it until it's right, so you see the whole pool before we ever put a shovel in the ground.
Permits and excavation
We handle the city paperwork for you, and once it clears we start digging.
Steel, plumbing, and gunite
This is where the shell gets shot, and it's the part of your pool that will still be here in fifty years.

Cost, timeline, financing, and whether it even fits your yard. Here's everything people usually want to know before they call.
How much does a custom gunite pool cost?
There are quite a few variables, and the honest answer is that we can get you a realistic ballpark pretty quickly once we know a little about your yard and what you want in the pool. Gunite builds start at $75,000, and that is the whole thing, not just the pool. It covers the excavation, the steel and concrete structure, the interior finish, the equipment, and the concrete decking around it. Where yours lands depends on size, depth, how much decking you want, and what goes in the pool. We're happy to talk numbers on the first call. From there we put together a firm, itemized quote with every line on it. Most families finance through HFS Financial, and a lot of them pre-qualify in minutes.
How long does it take?
It's usually a few months from the first dig to the first swim. If you start in the off-season, it's ready for the whole next summer instead of half of it.
Does the price include decking and electrical?
Decking is quoted with your build. Electrical hookup is separate because the state requires a licensed electrician, and we time it to the right stage. You'll know every number before you sign.
Will it even fit my yard?
Almost certainly, and that's really the point of building from scratch. We shape the pool to your space, even if it's tight or sloped. On the first call we'll talk through your yard, and access and setbacks get sorted at the design stage.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through HFS Financial. Most families finance, and many pre-qualify in minutes. Ask us for monthly numbers on your build.
